Mr Reville reported 63 groups through the luxurious property at 22 Blaxland Road as well as 128 direct enquiries and multiple offers before it was sold for an undisclosed sum.
The five-bedroom, four-bathroom residence with a gas-heated pool and spa and no shortage of entertaining spaces was set on a private block 3876 square metres in size with a bush backdrop.
It enjoyed one of Lake Macquarie's most exclusive addresses and was marketed with a guide of $1.5 million.
