About the role

Reporting to the Accounts Receivable Manager and based at our Sydney office (with a working from home pattern available;) this position is a dedicated Collections Officer position. In this role you will be responsible for debt collection activities including liaising with business stakeholders and customers.
 

Duties will include;

• Managing high volume collection calls 
• Order releasing and credit management 
• Building relationships with customers and key internal stakeholders
• Reconciliations 
• Resolving customer issues and queries in an efficient, timely and professional manner
• Ad-hoc collection duties as required

About your experience

Our successful candidate will come to us with a proven background in a commercial Collections position. You will have a demonstrated knowledge and experience in credit management and order releasing and have ideally used SAP. 

Other key skills we are looking for include; 
 

• Ability to communicate effectively - both verbally and written
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Able to work autonomously and to time deadlines
• Problem Analysis & Problem Solving Skills
