Your new role
The ESG Manager assists in the management and day to day ESG activities and provides input at a strategic level, including assisting in the production of the annual ESG report through the collation and analysis of data, and monitoring reporting trends and standards to ensure alignment with current best practice. This role will
measure and appropriately manage the business and reporting sustainability risks faced by this organisation as they transition and respond to changing government regulations and stakeholder expectations. Further responsibilities include collaborating with teams on community engagement and key stakeholders where appropriate.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have relevant tertiary qualifications, experience in ESG management, strategy, development and reporting of trends; Understanding of commercial drivers for ESG, embedding ESG projects within organisations, building and maintaining effective relationships with external financial stakeholders and investors and the required communications material for them.
