Your new role
The role leads operations to best in class standards for the support office and child care centres. The role actively manages and deepens relationships with customers and provides an excellent customer experience throughout operational delivery. It focuses on translating mission, vision, and values into operational excellence; it sets operational priorities in conjunction with the Directors, analyses and drives performance and motivates people to deliver operational excellence and financial performance. The role will also be directing the preparation, communication, and execution of strategic and operating objectives, plans and programs for entry into new markets.
What you'll need to succeed
Experience and background in the Childcare industry in senior operations management and an understanding of the issues pertaining to early childhood education. Demonstrated leadership skills in supporting and motivating staff, quality and compliance and delivering exceeding assessments. As the business is growing this role will initially be hands on and in time further roles will be added under this position.
