Your new company
A leading transport company providing services across NSW and VIC. The business is small cap ASX listed and has the financial backing of a large parent company to keep re-investing capital into new assets, operational equipment and its people.

Your new role
Reporting to the Chief Executive of the Victorian this role will drive the divisions business to meet and exceed budgeted financial performance through business development in current and adjacent markets, You will also manage through 3 direct reports a large transport operational team (100) and be the escalation point of contact for logistics

What you'll need to succeed
Ability to understand the key financial metrics which impact outcomes and use these to make decisions and communicate trends throughout the business, have developed a strong safety culture that has improved driver & road user safety, and ensured compliance with all NHGV and COR requirements. This role would suit candidates coming into a small but very fast growing company.
