Human Resources Officer

Your new company
A busy and fast paced well established healthcare organisation serving the local and wider community is looking for a star Human Resources Officer to join their Human Resources team full time for a permanent role.

Your new role

• HR administrative activities including employee life cycle
• Recruitment including posting ads
• Set up internal training courses including venue coordination
• Book staff travel, accommodations and conferences
• Maintaining HR documents and personnel records as required
• OHS Quality & Risk Management and continual improvement process within the practice
• Relationships Management with key internal stakeholders and staff of all levels
• General administration support to the wider HR team when required
• Site visits when required

What you'll need to succeed

• Demonstrated experience in an administrative role in a medium to large organisation
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Expert knowledge of the Fair Work Act
• High standards customer service
• Applicable knowledge of Awards
• Professional HR qualified
• Able to work independently and take initiative as part of team
• Your own transportation is required
