Your new role

As the newly appointed Marketing Manager for partner engagement Events you will be responsible for setting and maintaining the Partner Events strategy for the APAC region, working closely with the HQ Partner Events and Communications team, to deliver professional, seamless, innovative and informative events for their partner Ecosystem. Not only will you build the strategy, but you will lead the planning, development and execution of partner events in support of the companies growth objectives and strategic initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • Successful events experience assisted with the execution of corporate events (conferences, executive programs and trade shows), preferably in a B2B, high-tech, fast-paced environment.
  • 3 or more years’ experience leading an events team or working with and directing events coordinators to bring a project to life.
  • Results-oriented, customer driven, organized with attention to detail.
  • Ability to assess and prioritize workload in a deadline oriented environment.
  • Strategic thinker, skilled communicator and seasoned influencer with demonstrated ability to drive consensus at all levels.
  • Self-motivated with ability to prioritize and manage competing demands in fast-paced environment.
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects at the one time.
  • Strong IT skills with a desire to learn new technologies to improve current processes. In-depth experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office products, Google Drive, Quip and Photoshop.
  • Positive attitude with a healthy appetite for feedback and ability to adapt in an ever changing and high-
