Recruitment Consultant

Randstad are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team.

You will be maintaining existing relationships whilst building your own network of clients and candidates, growing your brand in the market and becoming an expert in your industry sector.

Main Responsibilities:

• Full responsibility on the recruitment process
• Candidate and client management
• Maintain databases of Clients and Candidates
• Utilising a variety of platforms including social media, LinkedIn and job boards to attract talent.
• Preparing Contract and Onboarding Documentation
• Undertaking negotiations on terms and conditions of employment, and examining and resolving disputes and grievances
• Candidate sourcing and screening in line with job requirements and hire briefs.

• Guide candidates throughout the recruitment process

About you

To be successful you will have previous recruitment agency experience locally or overseas, a minimum of two years. You will be passionate about providing HR/recruitment solutions for clients. You will have experience in business development as well as superior candidate management.
You will be a positive person and a team-player with exceptional interpersonal skills to build and sustain strong internal and external business relationships. You are a high achiever with a competitive nature and a desire to succeed in a sales environment. Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 + superannuation
