About The Role

Supporting the Client Relationship Managers for Renewable Energy, the Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for attracting candidates for roles and matching them to temporary or permanent positions with client companies. You will be able to build positive relationships in order to gain a better understanding of our clients' recruitment needs and requirements. Ultimately, you will ensure we attract, engage, recruit and retain high-performing employees.

We have exciting new roles open in Chinchilla Qld and in Newcastle NSW, both with strong pipelines ensuring long term stability and loads of growth opportunity.

  • Source candidates on social networks and similar platforms
  • Search the Haynes database
  • Review job applications to identify high-potential candidates
  • Prepare and submit high potential candidates for client review and approvals
  • Liaise with Client Relationship Managers to understand each position's expectations
  • Liaise with external stakeholders through multiple channels to maintain productive working relationships
  • Track and maintain visibility on all recruitment activity
  • Create adverts should they be required
  • Conduct Employee Care Calls to employees in the field to with their physical, mental and emotional health and that of their families by fostering long-term relationships
  • Supply pooling lists from the Haynes database of candidates to the Client Relationship Mangers to help with their activities as required
  • Undertake compliance activities in line with ISO Accreditation Standards, Client Site Requirements and Haynes requirements
  • Ensure all Haynes registration documentation is completed correctly
  • Organise PEM assessments and Drug and Alcohol Screens
  • Onboard successful candidates to client site systems
  • Issue Notice of Assignments to employees and continue to build relationships with employees once in the field

About You

  • Previous experience in talent acquisition essential
  • Highly skilled at writing job advertisements and related publications
  • Previous experience in renewable energy, energy, utilities, mining, or oil has a distinct advantage
  • Some experience in account management / client relations preferable but not essential
  • Be hardworking, have strong work ethic with exceptional reliability
  • Be personable, outgoing and a team player
