Your new role
Our specialist Trades & Labour recruitment business has a strong national presence dedicated to servicing the Construction market across ANZ. We have introduced a new Client Engagement Model designed deliver a high-level service that meets our clients’ varying needs in an effective and adaptable way; making us ultra-responsive to changing market conditions and opportunities.
Working in partnership with the Client Engagement Manager your role as Recruitment Partner will include candidate, job and client management within a specialised trades and labour vertical. Together, you will work with the CEM to deliver candidate generation and talent pooling strategies, drive leads, attend networking events and use your commercial skills to uncover new business opportunities. Your communication, collaboration and strong relationship building skills will come to the forefront in this role, ensuring great outcomes for our clients and candidates and achievement of the Trades & Labour team sales target across NSW.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous Trades, Construction or other blue-collar recruitment experience will be highly regarded of course, however if you haven’t worked in this sector that’s OK, but you’ll need the aptitude and ambition to work in this dynamic sector and have already been successful in your previous role.
