Based in Capalaba, Queensland, the Sales Estimator assists the sales team in winning work by collating information and responding to tenders. This Sales Estimator works with interstate teams to win work as part of the growth strategy and build the EQUANS presence nationally. This role assists in AV Installation project delivery, aiming to meet and exceed our client’s expectations.
The responsibilities of this position shall include but not be limited to:
• Assisting the sales team to generate and win quotes through direct client relationships and tender responses
• Estimating and creating proposals and commercial AV system design
• Assisting with basic customer sales enquiries
• Sourcing and developing D&C projects
• Collaborating with Engineering and Sales to design customized AV systems
• Improving customer experience by identifying solutions that meet and exceed client expectations
• Establishing basic relationships with builders
• Fostering vendor relationships for the Sales team
• Working with the Service & Sales Managers to increase client retention via recurring revenue and Service Level Agreements
• Consulting nationally on national projects, new opportunities and system design
• Attending Projects Kick-off and Sales meetings
• Preparing monthly management reports
• Other duties as required
