Seven children. Seven worlds and lives upended by the crimes of one man. The court heard Peter Vincent White had previously been described as a family friend, a "kind husband" and father, and local plumber and businessman - but some of his now adult victims hoped he would now be known as a "monster who sexually abused little children". White has pleaded guilty to commiting crimes against two male and five female children - some as young as four at the time of his offending - all aged 14 or over. These violations took place in predominantly in Woodend and Sunbury. In a packed court room, the now adult victim-survivors took the County Court Judge Amanda Chambers back in time to the 1980s and 1990s.
