LETTER: Council bathed in pool glory

I was there on Thursday when the baths ‘‘unofficially’’ opened.

 The swimming die-hards and mums with young ones   flocked to crystal-clear water and a rejuvenated complex. 

While swimming, I couldn’t help wondering whether heating and a cocktail bar could have been within the scope ... but I guess I can’t have everything. Joking, of course. 

Overall, well done and I look forward to enjoying the baths with my family for many decades to come. Thank you.
