OLIVE TREE MARKETS 2018 markets the 10th year of the popular markets, with the first event on Saturday, February 3, at Civic Park. New stallholders at the markets include:
Henry & Tunks: who make beautifully crafted ceramic vessels, and home wares, by designer Lyndel. We are in love with her bud vessels in blush pink and hanging planters;
Never Working Mondays: who work with factories to save their wetsuit offcut waste to create "Water Baby" Swimwear;
Mikmat Designs: with jewellery designer Trish showing a passion for designing unique accessories inspired by travel, culture and vintage styles;
Discarded Beauty: Artist Ellie Hawthorn’s sculptural ceramic art works are a comment on the importance of taking action in our society which throws away huge amounts of resources, that could be recycled;
The Haloumi Hut:, Creators Stel and Candice serve amazing Vegetarian and Vegan Greek-inspired goodness like pastries, dolmades, hommus and tzatziki, Greek donuts and halouminati fries.
Hello Lemonade: Kerri Ann makes freshly squeezed lemonade, using lemons grown on the Central Coast, right in front of you. This super cute stall looks after the environment, by using bio cups and paper straws, and leaves a minimal environmental footprint by not requiring any electricity to run the stall.
Live Music: Brown Bear & Hooves, Huckleberry & The Traditional All Sorts, Boots Porter, Don Leaton Lachlan Edwards, and The Little Quicks.
