Strike Force Raptor police descended on the Nomads clubhouse in Muswellbrook late last week to find a fully-functioning bar and clubs believed to be positioned as weapons.
On Monday the Supreme Court granted police permission to label it a restricted premises, notice of which they delivered that evening.
That ruling gives police the power to enter the property at any time, and prevents criminals from using the site as a meeting place.
Police seized the contents of the bar, an industrial fridge, furniture, and items used in connection to the illicit sale of alcohol.
It comes just weeks after investigators swooped on the Nomads’ Islington clubhouse on February 5. “Inquiries are continuing, and further inspections are expected,” police said in a statement. Strike Force Raptor was established in 2009 and conducts proactive investigations to dismantle any network engaged in serious organised criminal activity.
