The Hunter Hurricanes have completed a clean sweep in Adelaide this weekend with four wins from as many Australian Water Polo League matches.

The Hunter men’s team entrenched themselves inside the top three on the competition ladder with a fifth straight victory, overcoming the Jets by 11-8 on Saturday and then 12-8 on Sunday.
The Hurricanes women also picked up a pair, accounting for the hosts 11-5 on Sunday following a narrow 14-13 triumph on Saturday, getting up for the first time since opening their 2018 account on February 4.
Collectively, the round-five road-trip was the most successful outing for the Hunter squads this season.
Gordon Marshall was on target for the Hurricanes men on Saturday with five goals while Matther Farmar, James Robinson, Scott Berry, Keenan Marsden and Daniel Lawrence also found the back of the net.
Next up Hunter are away to the Drummoyne Devils on Friday night and the Balmain Tigers on Saturday before a month-long break.
The last three double headers resume on April 14 and finish a fortnight later.
