Family friendly events once again take centre stage at Hunter Valley Gardens in 2018 during the April school holidays

The Gardens are a place for the appreciation of nature and peaceful reflection, but they are also a place for families and fun.

There are eight kilometres of walking paths winding through 12 hectares of gardens consisting of over 6000 trees, 600,000 shrubs and over 1 million ground cover plants, plus waterfalls, statues, murals and much more.
Ten individually themed gardens showcase the artistry of gardens around the world and use both native and exotic varieties of plants.

On top of that, the Gardens’ four incredible rides, including the carousel, ferris wheel, swing chair and slide are in action making it the ultimate school holiday for the whole family.
Visit the Gardens between 10am-2pm when the Hunter Valley Zoo comes for a visit bringing some of their furry friends for you to see, learn about, and even touch.
The inflatable zones and four major rides will be open between 10am-4pm plus the food marquees will be available everyday between 10am-2pm.
A free face painting stall will be open from 10am-2pm everyday during the event so the kids (or mum and dad) can be a tiger or princess for the day!
Visit the Hunter Valley Gardens thisschool holiday break for an exciting family day out, with rides, animals, food and a guarenteed good time.
