First home buyers have been dominating interest in Cardiff and Cardiff South, according to First National Altitude’s Brigitte Audet.
The agency sold two-bedroom cottages in Cardiff’s Margaret Street and Cardiff South’s Ethel Street for $510,000.
Both properties were listed with a guide of $460,000 to $500,000 and attracted over 30 groups across two inspections.
In Myall Road, Cardiff, a four-bedroom home sold for $517,500.
“The market has slowed down but if the properties are well-presented and around $500,000, we’re finding they’re still doing well,” Ms Audet said.
