HomeAway, the new home of Stayz, announced their national shortlist this month. Voting is online and the winners will be announced on August 29.

Loft-style apartment Flourish on Bull was shortlisted in the Urban category while luxurious The Beach House at Merewether, on John Parade, is in line for the Hospitality title.

A new townhouse development at 18 Carolyn Street in Adamstown Heights has been released to market.

Tammy Hawkins, of McGrath Estate Agents, is marketing the newly completed development, which features four “modern industrial” homes.
