Interest over $3 million is expected when a renovated home in Bar Beach’s tightly held Wrightson Avenue goes under the hammer on Saturday.
Walkom Real Estate are marketing No.8, which is set for a midday auction on site.
Agent Greg Handsaker reported “keen interest” for the property and said it presented “pretty good value from early to mid $3 million”.
“It’s a lovely double-storey residence on 946 square metres of land,” Mr Handsaker said.
“It has beautiful flowing open plan living, generous garaging, a really nice kitchen, a couple of really nice bathrooms, four bedrooms plus an office or home study.”
In April of this year, $3.5 million was paid at auction for a home at 15 Parkway Avenue in the suburb.
