Spring is in the air, and with it comes an eye catching new range of colours, styles and trends for men to introduce into their wardrobe.
There are some great options this season that blokes are sure to love, with many looks versatile enough to be worn from the office to a weekend barbecue. The hottest trends also embrace prints and colours that would look just at home trackside as they would Monday to Friday.
Stripes are a popular option for everything from T-shirts and shirts, to shorts and pants. Approaching the whole enchilada with one colour in mind is also a look that’ll easily transfer from the catwalk to the streets – if layering several shades of blue has always appealed, this is the season to do it in style.
The oversized look is on trend, however should be approached with caution and embraced for either your top half (a lightweight jacket) or bottom (utility pants), never both.
“It’s all in the detail this spring,” said Marc Miller, general manager of menswear label Tarocash. “Look out for contrast trims, floral printed shirts, ties and pocket squares - it’s time to have a bit more fun with your wardrobe. Mix patterns and colours this season and make your own rules.”
“This spring, Tarocash is offering a suiting line-up in hues of blues and shades of greys, featuring texture and checks – perfect for the upcoming Spring Racing Carnival,” Miller said.
“We start the season with a bright and colourful range encompassing the floral shirt trend, which we anticipate being key for our customer. These can be paired back with suits and chinos to give any outfit that summer feel.”
