The 39-year-old was due to face court on Thursday after he was charged on Wednesday with six counts of supplying a firearm to an unauthorised person.
Police allege the 39-year-old planned to sell six guns to a person subject to a Firearms Prohibition Order.

It comes after Strike Force Nudurr was established in November, 2016, to investigate firearm possession and supply in the Hunter.
Investigators charged a 43-year-old man in March, 2017, after they allegedly uncovered a plan during a raid on a property at Eugowra, in the state’s central west, to obtain firearms to on-sell.
The 43-year-old remains before the court.
Inquiries are continuing.
