Mr Campbell is selling 33 and 35 Lakeview Road, which can be bought together or separately. No.35 is a 2439 square metre block with a 20-metre level lake frontage, a four-bedroom residence with self-contained guest accommodation plus a boat shed and shared jetty. No.33 is vacant level land nearly 1000 square metres in size with road frontage.

“It is really rare to find a set-up like that,” Mr Campbell said. “There are only a handful of absolute waterfront properties on Lake Macquarie with that kind of space.”

It is set for auction on September 27 with bidding expected to start around $1.6 million.
