- Aged Care/Medium Density Developments – Aurrum Aged Care facility ‘Terrigal Drive’ at Erina.
- Commercial Projects $9 Million - $15 Million – Rockpool Development at Ash Street, Terrigal.
The design brief for the Aurrum Aged Care facility ‘Terrigal Drive’ at Erina called for the creation of a completely new stand-alone aged care residential building of three stories in height, together with 71 new luxury category resident suites, in a building of exceptional quality not unlike that offered by a luxury hotel, and fitted out with a wide range of prestige features and facilities.
The project was very complex in nature owing to the combination of: the heavy constraints of the site and the unique geometry it imposed, the need to deliver a prestigious building form of landmark quality, and also the need to meet the exacting requirements of Aurrum for a building containing facilities of the highest quality.
Rockpool is an exciting new development in Terrigal that includes retail space and 20 luxury apartments that are designed to take in the advantage of ocean views and access to the vibrant town center.
The building was designed around a central core that provides a unique solution for a difficult corner site (that was previously sunken tennis courts) and provides 70 per cent of living spaces with ocean views via infill windows and balconies.
