Just after 10.30pm Tuesday police attended the ocean baths at The Entrance after receiving information about a man allegedly conducting an indecent act in view of several women.

Police located a man nearby and he was arrested and taken to Wyong Police Station for questioning.

The 34-year-old man was charged with an act of indecency and wilful and obscene exposure in a public place.

He was refused bail and to appear in Wyong Local Court.

Inquiries are continuing.
