The third and final stage of Portmarnock is selling fast at Pacific Dunes. It’s the final land release from the residential estate and golf course located in Port Stephens.

Blocks in Portmarnock estate range in size from flat 450 square metres right up to 1,000 square metres, with prices starting at $235,000 for land.

House-and-land packages are also on offer, with architecturally-designed homes from Montgomery Homes, Coral Homes or Simonds Homes. Residents can also build with a builder of their choice.

Pacific Dunes offers a premium living experience for residents, situated within 135 hectares of natural bushland yet located just fifteen minutes drive from the coast.

Pacific Dunes is known internationally for its world-class championship golf course which was designed by James Wilcher, Greg Norman’s lead designer in the Australasian region.

The course is finished with pure Bentgrass greens and Santa Ana Couch fairways, and maintained to an impeccable standard by a team of agronomists.

Pacific Dunes combines two distinct nine-hole loops to create the spectacular 18-hole championship course. The opening nine holes wind through native woodland, complemented by the back nine situated in lively wetland.

Pacific Dunes' championship golf course is perfect for those who don't mind a bit of a challenge.

But the benefits of living at Pacific Dunes go far beyond the par 72 backyard.

The golfing and residential estate also has a large swimming pool and tennis courts for resident-only use. Take a walk through the natural bush and wetland surrounds along four kilometres of walking trails and finish with a meal at The Greenhouse, a dining, bar and events space.

The Greenhouse source fresh and sustainable local produce to create menus that reflect the season. Fresh vegetables and herbs come from the extensive onsite garden at The Greenhouse, complemented by ongoing relationships with local farmers and fishermen.

The team at The Greenhouse serve breakfast, lunch and dinner with ever-changing menu examples including twice-cooked confit pork belly pieces with sherry and sumac syrup, or wagyu steak sandwich with smoked cheddar and relish on a toasted ciabatta.

With a fully stocked bar and alfresco views across the greens, The Greenhouse offers a relaxing way to finish off a day.

Pacific Dunes is located just 20 minutes drive to Nelson’s Bay, 25 minutes to Newcastle and 15 minutes to Birubi Beach.

The nearby town of Medowie offers schools, child care, supermarkets, retail stores, doctors surgeries restaurants and more.
