BEACH WATCH
Wind to be onshore all weekend making for choppy waves but some okay banks about. No increase likely and slightly better conditions for Sunday. Tide is running out to late morning low tides. Swell small from the S/E to South at about 1m. Wind out of the South to S/E tending East by the afternoon. Not a great deal of quality with a few shorebreaks about off Pogos, Dixon,Cliff and Merewether. The Alley and Cowrie Hole towards afternoon high. To the south,Dudley and Catho. One Mile and Fingal up at Port Stephens. Waters slowly warming and beaches are sanded up. Slight sweeps in southern corners. Only go to patrolled beaches. Water temp 19C.
