Girl, 3, in critical condition after being locked in hot car for two hours at Tuggerawong on Central Coast: NSW Ambulance

The girl was being rushed by ambulance to Wyong Hospital around 1.45pm on Monday after she was found in the car at Tuggerawong, a NSW Ambulance spokesperson said.

“She was left in a locked vehicle for about two hours,” the spokesperson told the Newcastle Herald.

“She is being taken to Wyong Hospital with lights and sirens (on), in a critical condition.”

The temperature in the area was forecast to reach 29 degrees on Monday, according to the Bureau of Meteorology.
