Surfest has long attracted some of the biggest names in surfing like Stephanie Gilmore, Sally Fitzgibbons and Joel Parkinson.
Now the annual board-riding showcase has lured some of biggest names in Australian indie music for The Drop festival at King Edward Park on March 16. The line-up includes Angus and Julia Stone, Ball Park Music, Client Liaison, Hockey Dad and Alex The Astronaut.
The final of the Surfest men’s and women’s pro events will be held the following day, March 17, at Merewether Beach.
