Event founder Sarah-Jane Dunford and a panel of industry experts and sponsor representatives chose finalists in the event, which will be held on March 15 at Newcastle Exhibition & Conference Centre (NEX).
“We are always so impressed with the range of WHS ideas and initiatives that local businesses and individuals have come up with,” Ms Dunford said.
There are 12 categories in the Hunter Safety Awards, founded to highlight companies and individuals who demonstrate best-practice and take an innovative approach to WHS.
