Louise Vico, of Viking Realty, has listed a tri-level luxury resident at No.91 with a guide of $3.25 million to $3.55 million.
The only previous sales above $3 million, according to Australian Property Monitors data, came in 2017 when No.71 sold for $3.7 million and No.55 for $3.5 million.
The focus of the home’s design was “all about enjoying a waterfront lifestyle”, according to Ms Vico.
