The Ageny's Cveta Kolarovski is marketing the four-bedroom, three-bathroom residence at 20 Dodds Street with a guide of $1.8 million to $1.98 million.
The highest property sale in Redhead, according to Australian Property Monitors data, was the $1.93 million sale of 6 Ebsworth Street last year in July.
Owners Michelle and Pam bought an old house straddling two blocks at 20 Dodds Street around 17 years ago and built two houses side by side 10 years ago. They sold one in 2013 and have lived in the other.
The residence is unassuming from the road but a contemporary masterpiece is unveiled once inside. It was named 2009 Master Builders Association best house under $1 million and best kitchen and features a glassed-in pool and spa.
