The Raine and Horne Newcastle agent is marketing 10 Booth Street with a guide of $1.275 million to $1.375 million, a price bracket that makes it a top-end townhouse for the beachside suburb.
It is positioned on the corner of Booth Street and Barrie Crescent on an easy-care block 286 metres in size.

The two-storey home has an open plan layout upstairs that extends to alfresco entertaining with water views. There are neutral interiors, soaring ceilings and a contemporary granite kitchen.
The master suite is upstairs with two further bedrooms on ground level.
It is open for inspection for the first time on Saturday at 11am.
