All treatments are custom-designed for each patient, ensuring personalised and appropriate dental care is always provided.
" Above all, we never forget the person in the dental chair," says Dr Mark Williams.
Having grown up in Sydney and Newcastle Dr Williams completed a Bachelor of Neuroscience in 2003 and a Bachelor of Dentistry in 2006 at the University of Sydney.
Even as a child, he always knew he wanted to be a dentist.
Passionate about ensuring everyone can achieve optimal dental health and a fantastic smile Mark says he and the team take every care to ensure a visit to the practice is a positive one.
Dr Mark Williams is particularly passionate about children and their oral health needs.
"We take extra care with our younger patients and can promise the gentlest of care.
"Our patients always come first and the health of their teeth and gums is paramount to us. Not just in the treatment we provide but in our support to educate families about the importance of good dental care."
"For little ones we recommend regular visits, so they become comfortable in the chair. This gives children confidence and comfort with the dentist so if there is ever an issue it makes it easier to treat, as they are already familiar with the environment."
With its close working relationships with local private hospitals, patients can be treated under general anaesthetic when necessary.
From simple fillings to complex cosmetic dentistry, every need is catered for with the utmost of care and professionalism.
Newcastle City Dental accept health funds for regular check-ups and cleans twice a year. If you don't have a health fund, your check-up is capped.
The practice also services the Medicare Child Dental Benefit Scheme for approved children 2-17 years, and the Department of Veterans Affairs scheme.
