MINMI man Peter Allan Gale, accused of causing a crash that killed a 23-year-old Blackalls Park man and injured five others at Nerong on Sunday, has been granted bail after someone agreed to post a $15,000 cash surety.

Mr Gale, 54, appeared in Forster Local Court on Monday charged with dangerous driving occasioning death - driving in a manner dangerous, a back-up charge of negligent driving occasioning death and five counts of causing bodily harm by misconduct.
He did not enter any pleas, but was granted strict conditional bail after someone agreed to post a $15,000 surety.
The matter was adjourned until June 18.
According to police, Mr Gale was behind the wheel of a Ford Falcon GT that was involved in a crash with a Subaru Forester and Hyundai Terracan on the Pacific Highway at Nerong about 2pm on Sunday.
A 23-year-old man, who police said was from Blackalls Park and who was driving the Subaru, died at the scene.
A man, 26, who was a passenger in the Subaru, and four people in the Hyundai, aged 71, 70, 10 and 8, were injured and taken to hospital for treatment. None of their injuries are considered to be life threatening, police said.
More charges are expected to be laid.
