Racing NSW stewards issued 10 charges against Smith on Wednesday following a recent inquiry into the use and supply of prohibited substances.
All the incidents in question occurred between October 14, 2017 and September 11, 2018.

Four charges are in relation to Smith's horses Elaborate and Iron Duke returning prohibited levels of cobalt at Newcastle and Wyong race tracks respectively in August last year.
Two further charges refer to the administration of electrolyte paste on race day. There are nine counts in total across six meetings, featuring group 1 winner In Her Time in the 2017 Sydney Stakes at Randwick and four horses at Tuncurry in October the same year.
The ninth charge described eight products found in Smith's possession during a stable raid that are either not registered, labelled, prescribed, dispensed or obtained in accordance with legislation.
The final charge accounts for carcinogenic substance formaldehyde found inside a brown bottle in Smith's vehicle.
The initial two charges cover both providing false evidence and refusing to give evidence.
Smith's hearing has been scheduled for Racing NSW offices in Sydney on May 7.
Meanwhile, Newcastle trainer Kris Lees landed a double at his home track on Thursday with Mystic Hill and Warset both saluting.
Three-year-old filly Mystic Hill took out a benchmark 64 handicap (1400 metres) from stablemate Itz Lily while four-year-old gelding Warset paid $15 claiming the last over the same distance.
Fellow Novocastrian Paul Perry won the class 2 handicap (1200m) with Airwing.
Gai Waterhouse's Gayson, Chris Waller's Stardome, Paul Niceforo's Regal Toff and Jeremy Smith's Aunty Pugs were the other victors.
