A man and woman are facing a string of charges, including drug supply, after police raided a property at Mayfield.

The man, 24, and woman, 28, will face court this week after police searched a Hanbury Street home last Thursday, where officers allegedly found methylamphetamine, other substances believed to be illicit drugs and cash.
The search came amid ongoing investigations from Strike Force Eadevale, which was set up to target the supply of ice in the Newcastle area.

The man was charged with supplying a prohibited drug - commercial quantity - knowingly direct the activities of a criminal group, dealing in the proceeds of crime, driving whilst disqualified and breaching bail.
The woman was charged with two counts of supplying a prohibited drug - indictable quantity - knowingly participating in a criminal group, dealing in the proceeds of crime, driving whilst disqualified and breaching bail.
They were both refused bail in court on Friday and will face Raymond Terrace local court on Monday.
