The Morisset reinsman drove Glenn Ford for his father, Mark Callaghan, and He's Novak for Peter Rippon to narrow victories.
Glenn Ford led throughout to beat Our Ultimate Julie by a half-head and could next feature in Country series qualifiers.
"He only just held on but he ran a last quarter in 27.5 for the 2000m trip, which is a good run," Jack, 17, said.
"And the other horse ran second in a group 1 a few starts ago."
He found a sit midfield in the running line with He's Novak, which powered down the outside to get the better of Catch The Breeze.
"We dodged a bit of carnage on the first turn and we were able to lob in a good spot," Jack said.
"I was pretty confident before the race. I drove him at his previous start and he felt really good, but he never had any luck and couldn't get out."
Visiting trainer-driver Jarrod Alchin had a winning double with Rocking and My Ultimate Bondi.
