The property was last marketed with a price of $1.79 million to $1.92 million. That price range would be a street record and among the highest sales for Warners Bay.
According to Australian Property Monitors data, a grand residence in Plumridge Close was sold for $1.8 million in 2008. In 2016, $1.85 million was paid for a five-bedroom waterfront home on The Esplanade.
The Warners Bay Road property has been the home of Darren Biggs and Kylie Kreckler for the past seven years.
After purchasing it they transformed the home into a luxury residence and family sanctuary.
The property was marketed by Josh O'Doherty, of LJ Hooker Belmont, and bought by Di Prinzio Concreting owner Vince Di Prinzio and wife Christina, who are moving from the waterfront.
