A near-new residence on around 670 square metres of land at 11 Lucia Crest was bought for $875,000 after its first open house.
David Tanchevski, of Stone Real Estate, marketed the home with five bedrooms, including two master suites, three bathrooms, open plan kitchen and living, outdoor entertaining, a theatre room, separate media room and a four-person spa.
Mr Tanchevski reported over 30 enquiries in first two days of marketing before being snapped up by a Newcastle buyer.

"The house is immaculate, less than 12 months old and had a lot of luxury upgrades in it," Mr Tanchevski said.
"For a single-storey home, $875,000 is a big price. It would be close to the biggest sale for a single-storey in Cameron Park and continues some big prices for nice properties in the suburb."
In March, the suburb ceiling for a non-acreage or development site rose with sales of $895,000 and $892,500 in Shipley Street, surpassing the previous high of $875,000. Then in April, 3 Sonja Close sold for $915,000.
Stone hold the suburb sale record of $1.15 million, set last year for a four-bedroom home on 12 acres at 36 Beluga Drive.
"Cameron Park presents luxury at an affordable price," Mr Tanchevski said. "These houses are being built to high specs and still at an affordable price for people looking to upgrade to their next home or to live in their dream home."
Meanwhile, PRDnationwide's Jesse Wilton described the $675,500 sale of a two-bedroom villa at 2/12 Caldwell Street as "a really good sale". It was sold in 23 days by a local investor who had missed out on the property when it was on the market two years ago
