David Phelan, of Dalton Partners, is marketing 8 Summer Place with a guide of $950,000. It is set to go under the hammer on site at 10.30am.
"Inspection numbers have been good with around 50 groups through," Mr Phelan said. "It has been mainly families. It's close to Merewether Heights Public School and has the attraction of Glenrock reserve close by."
Summer Place is a quiet no through road where properties enjoy a leafy outlook and rarely change hands.
A Warners Bay home on nearly 1000 square metres of usable land is set for auction in-rooms on Thursday.
LJ Hooker's Cameron Stevenson is marketing the three-bedroom house at 18 Jones Street, which is one block from the shores of Lake Macquarie, with a guide of $799,000.
"That side of Jones Avenue is a little cul-de-sac down on the creek and is probably one of the most sought-after cul-de-sacs in Warners Bay," Mr Jones said.
"It is one street back from the water, so the location is very desirable. It has the potential for someone to renovate heavily or rebuild. There's a lot of activity on the street with a lot of new builds going in.
"It's a very popular, exclusive pocket and I think it's good value."
It is open for inspection on Saturday at 11.30am.
