Guest has now returned home from hospital following the procedure after first arriving on Sunday, taken from Cahill Oval midway through the second half during a 40-26 comeback win over Maitland.
Guest joins Jarrod Holmgreen and Jamie Ghoulmieh on the long-term injured list at Belmont with both previously damaging anterior cruciate ligaments.
