Jade Chislett started her company Just Like You Dolls after searching unsuccessfully for a doll that was just like her daughter Bella, with a view to giving her daughter more self-confidence.
Ms Chislett, who won the young entrepreneur award, sells dolls accessorised with a variety of medical devices to customers around the world. Other winners included Jess Kiely, from A Growing Understanding Speech Pathology (Young Employee award) and osteopath and ATUNE Health Centres Managing Director Simon Ashley (Business Leader category.
