A man has died and four other people have been taken to hospital in a stable condition after a two-vehicle crash at the Central Coast on the weekend.

Police said the Subaru Forrester and Ford Ranger collided at the intersection of the Pacific Highway and Elizabeth Bay Drive, Lake Munmorah, at about 11.45pm on Saturday.
Investigators have been told the Subaru left the road and rolled after the crash, before it hit the pylon of a nearby foot bridge.
The driver of the Subaru, a 25-year-old man, died at the scene.
The Ford driver, a 33-year-old woman, and her three passengers were taken to John Hunter Hospital, each in a stable condition.

The 33-year-old underwent mandatory blood testing.
Police from Tuggerah Lakes highway patrol are investigating the crash.
Elsewhere, a 21-year-old woman was taken to hospital in a serious condition after a crash at Lemon Tree Passage at about 3.30am on Sunday.
A Westpac Rescue Helicopter spokesperson said the woman suffered multiple injuries.
