Swells comining in from a low pressure out in the Tasman and though a little late there will be some bigger sets for today. Offshore during the morning with southern corners cleaner. Swell from the South at 2 to 3m. Wind moderate N/W to West tending S/W by the afternoon. Tides filling for the early with south facing reefs at Nobbys and Merewether best suited for the direction. Flatrock and Dixon on high tide.Dudley and Catho to the south. One Mile and Seals Rocks to the north. Sweeps running to the north and some erosion in southern corners. Check to see if beach is open if in for a swim. Water temp 17C. - Dave Anderson

Winds Westerly 15 to 20 knots, reaching up to 25 knots offshore south of Port Stephens during the morning. Winds turning southwesterly during the morning and early afternoon. Seas 1 to 1.5 metres, increasing to 1.5 to 2 metres offshore. Swell Southerly 2 to 3 metres inshore, increasing to 2.5 to 4 metres offshore north of Norah Head. Weather Sunny.
