Floor areas up for lease range from 19 square metres to 1000 square metres. Included are a warehouse with drive through roller doors, a fully fitted commercial kitchen with retail serving counter, a cool room or dry storage areas, and disabled access and amenities.
Mr Morris said some of the uses permissible include child care centres, community facilities, educational establishments, entertainment, function centres, recreation areas, restaurants or cafes.
Suites on offer in New Lambton
Good early interest from mostly local owner-occupiers has come for two commercial suites being sold off the plan in New Lambton.
Michael Chapman, of Colliers International, is marketing the suites on the ground floor of The Belvedere residential development planned for Alma Road. Suite one is 72 square metres and suite two is 40 square metres. They are $550,000 plus GST and $300,000 plus GST respectively.
Former St Alban's Church for sale
A 4000 square metre site including the former St Alban's Church in Charlestown is being sold through expressions of interest.
Commercial Collective are selling the property at 29 Chapman St and 2-4 St Albans Close and agent Matt Kearney said permitted uses included childcare, hotel or motel accommodation, medical centre, multi-dwelling housing, professional office accommodation, retail shops, residential apartments and vertical retirement, subject to council approval. A price guide has not been disclosed.
