The Eagles, who had a 10-point gap on second-placed Warners Bay before Sunday, claimed the premiership with three rounds left. Coach Keelan Hamilton was relieved to have the silverware secure.
"It's been something that weighs on your mind a bit, being at the lead of the competition for so many weeks," Hamilton said. "It can feel like you're hunted all the time so it feels nice to get it done. It gives us time to refocus and get ready for what will be difficult semi-finals.
"I'm just really proud and happy for the players. They have been superb and to wrap it up with three games to go shows we deserve it."
Lauren Allan finished off a solo run to put New Lambton ahead early but Olivia Kennedy hit a stunning strike to level for Wallsend before half-time.
Stacey Day scored with a header just past the hour mark before Andrews did likewise from a corner and a free kick in the final 10 minutes.
"Wallsend probably had the better of the first half in terms of territory," Hamilton said. "They pressured us and we had some nervous legs with the expectation of what today meant to us.
"But we got through that and we spoke at half-time about being composed."
Elsewhere Sunday, Warners Bay drew 1-1 with South Wallsend, Merewether defeated Adamstown 1-0 and Thornton drew 3-3 with Mid North Coast.
