Mike, who is in the under-18 final after claiming the under-16 title last year, will surf against Joel Vaughan (Bateau Bay), Grayson Hinrichs (Bondi) and Jamie Thomson (Narrabeen).
It shapes as a red-hot contest after all four surfers shone in the lefthanders on offer throughout Monday's semi-finals, posting a series of high scores for technical and stylish turns.
Elle will face Nyxie Ryan (Lennox Head), Charli Hurst (Port Kembla) and Kasey Hargreaves (Stanwell Park) in the under-18 girls final.
Ryan and Hargreaves both put on impressive displays in their respective semi-finals to post heat totals in the mid-15 point range.
Those left to compete on Tuesday are vying for a NSW Junior Title and in turn, a position into the 2019 Australian Junior Surfing Titles in Western Australia at the end of the year.
More than 250 surfers have been involved in the Coffs Harbour event, which doubles as the NSW School Surfing Titles.
