In February 2019, detectives from Manning-Great Lakes Police District launched an investigation into the alleged assaults committed between 2012 and 2018.
Following extensive inquiries, about 11am Wednesday detectives attended a rural property on Gloucester Tops Road, Berrico, west of Gloucester, and arrested a 66-year-old man.
Police will allege between 2012 and 2018, the man sexually and indecently assaulted two female employees.
He was taken to Forster police station and charged with 36 offences, including aggravated sexual assault, and aggravated indecent assault.
He was refused bail to appear at Forster Local Court on Thursday.
Investigations are continuing.
