However the '80s-inspired electro-pop duo are promising an even more elaborate stage performance on their upcoming tour to promote their latest single The Real Thing.
"In the live show we want all new staging and to focus on the playing," frontman Morgan says. "But we also want to play instruments on trampolines and crash mats too."
The Real Thing dropped on Thursday and is arguably the most pop and commercial song Client Liaison has released.
A big statement given the pop appeal of their Triple J hits Off White Limousine and Survival In The City.
"To have positivity and danceability in a song and not be cheesy is really difficult. That's the trick," Morgan says.

"It's more pop than we've ever been. We started in the underground, doing everything ourselves. As you get older you want to hit a wider appeal."
Client Liaison - clad in shoulder pad vests, flared white pants and over-sized ear rings - last performed in Newcastle at The Drop Festival in March at a wet King Edward Park.
This time Client Liaison are heading indoors to play the Cambridge Hotel on October 25.
